Content is winner take all business. Internet was supposed to change that. And now, maybe it will. Platforms like Substack have already done a lot to change the narrative. Nathan Baschez, one of my favorite writers, explains how media businesses can use content to create the same network effects that social networks and marketplaces are so good at creating.
